A cheaper, simpler alternative to the wind/solar cabinet, this solar-powered cabinet is best suited for secured sunny areas, such as building sites. Removing the wind turbine allowed us to shorten the cabinet overall, resulting in a more compact and less intrusive design.

As all defibrillators have a limited range of safe operating and standby temperatures, we always recommend a heated defibrillator cabinet, however, we recognise this may not always be possible. For circumstances where power is unavailable or heating is unnecessary (for example sheltered areas or summer rentals) we offer the AWC004-ins, an insulated cabinet with no heating or power requirements.

This cabinet has been deployed in fisheries, forestry areas, remote hiking trails, and other off-grid locations—providing life-saving equipment where it’s needed most.

In cold periods the defibrillator will need to be checked on reguarly and it may be necessary to remove the defibrillator to protect it from very cold nights.

Turtle's pole and post mount kit will allow any or Turtle's defib or bleed control cabinets to be mounted to a pole or post such as a sign post, telegraph pole or a lamp post.

The bracket is optimum for poles with a diameter of 150mm - 215mm.
